Client: Independent Health Policy Consulting Firm
Task: Conduct literature and epidemiological research on the characterisation of Meningitis across Europe to prepare for an in-depth policy brief to enable market access.
Action: Examined gaps in existing policy research to ask questions to advance the content of the characterisation of Meningitis vaccine access in European countries. Identified the key nation states in the EU where Meningitis outbreaks have occurred recently or have been nearly eradicated and conducted a comparative analysis of policy and programme implementation across countries.
Result: Research embedded in official policy brief for academic and pharmaceutical clients based in the EU.
NHS Technology Implementation Plan
Client: AI company integrating new technology into NHS Trusts to expand access to mental health services.
Task: Draft an implementation plan to onboard a new NHS Trust onto the AI platform, creating a plan for sustainable use in the long term and enabling staff to become proficient in the tool.
Action: Drafted a plan which showcased a strategy around building a project timeline, stakeholder engagement, influencing, training, problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Thematic Analysis of Vaccine Uptake in Immigrant Populations Using Equity Frameworks
Client: State Health Department
Task: Conduct a thematic analysis of current approaches to equity in vaccine uptake strategies.
Action: Worked with two co-consultants to conduct qualitative interviews with community elders of immigrant communities, drawing on key themes and literature. Framed approaches in life course perspective, critical race theory, and cultural wealth framework.
